Google Buzz

In terms of price versus production cost, bottled water puts Big Oil to shame.   But as U.S. sales of bottled water decline, a report August 13 finds that almost half of those in polyethylene terephthalate plastic bottles, better known by the initials PET, now come from municipal tap water.

Comparisons Between Vitamin Brands

Google Buzz

Are you currently taking Centrum, One-A-Day, Vi-Daylin or other economy-priced vitamins?   Do you experience constipation, diarrhea, or upset stomach?    The problem is that no “one-a-day” type vitamins are physically large enough to contain all the vitamins and minerals that you require on a daily basis.    They are missing key nutrients and the levels of the nutrients they do contain are so low that they not only become useless, but they can throw off your synergistic balance.   Some inexpensive vitamin/mineral formulations also contain fluoride, synthetic additives and fillers and most of the remaining ingredients are simply isolated vitamins.
