How Do You Spot Health Fraud?

Many foods billed as “health foods” are actually just disguised health fraud.

The health fraud industry has found a haven in the health food market. As an example, sports drinks such as “Spark”, “Red Bull” and many others, are marketed as performance enhancers.   To boost your energy they actually just contain high amounts of caffeine, which of course is NOT healthy.   Even main stream sports drinks like Gatorade and Power Ade are nothing more than sugar water with a pinch of salt, basically liquid junk food!
