What About Lemon For Cancer Cure
I went to hoax-slayer.com & they say the “lemon cure” email is a hoax. But some studies are being done on how to create a synthetic lemon…..so what for?
Authorship of the e-mail has been denied by Newmarket Health, whose subsidiary is the Health Sciences Institute. But cancer is very invasive and very difficult to treat. The side effects are so debilitating it is very difficult to watch our friends & loved ones go through it. So, when we hear of a more holistic and gentle alternative we only hope it works.
Yes, lemons are high in vitamin C. Most of the whole-food vitamin C supplements are made from lemons & limes and not from oranges! Some alternative clinics are using high potency intravenous vitamin C injections to kill cancer. They say if you cannot get to the clinic for these injections that you need 40,000 to 50,000 mg of vitamin C a day. They claim to have great success with it, but the mainstream medical community will not recognize it.
I really don’t think you can eat enough lemons every day for the rest of your life to make a difference in cancer tumors that are already present, but it wouldn’t hurt those at risk for cancer to include lemon in their diet every day.
You will know when you are getting too much vitamin C when you get diarrhea (as long as all other causes are eliminated). Once you reach that level, cut it back to your tolerance. If it doesn’t get rid of your cancer, it will definitely give you great looking skin!
Always put lemon juice in your water because it is an antioxidant and it makes your water taste better, too! Try a tablespoon of “real lemon” (not the concentrate in a bottle) in a glass of water every morning.
Certainly lemons (and citrus fruits in general) provide a number of useful nutritional and health benefits, as described in the “Encyclopedia of Healing Foods”. Lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C. In addition, they are a good source of vitamin B6, potassium, folic acid, flavonoids, and the important phytochemical, limonene.
The phytochemical, limonene, which is extracted from lemons, is currently being used in clinical trials to dissolve gallstones and is showing extremely promising anticancer activities.
Several academic papers published in the last decade have suggested that lemons, as well as other citrus fruits, might possess some substantial anti-cancer properties.
However, the best that can be said at this point is that citrus fruits may potentially harbor anti-cancer properties that could help ward off cancer. No reputable scientific or medical studies done by mainstream medical clinics have reported that lemons have been found to be a “proven remedy against cancers of all types”. All of those claims are exaggeration not supported by facts. But you tend to wonder, since it is the medical community that is taking part in these studies, if they are using it in high enough concentrations to really prove whether it does or it doesn’t have an effect on cancer tumors. After all, they can’t patent lemons so what is their incentive?
But this “lemon cure” email gives people who already have cancer false hope. There are stronger treatments you can do at home like the bitter apricot seeds or muscadine extract, reducing stress and changing your diet and lifestyle. I have not been able to find any studies that prove that bitter apricot seeds or muscadine extract will interfere with any chemotherapy treatments. Even so, if you are trying natural complimentary efforts, you should not expect significant results until several months have passed.

Nice to see a blog dealing with different forms of frugality – looking forward to reading more of your blogs in the future.
I also believe that mesothelioma cancer is a rare form of melanoma that is commonly found in all those previously subjected to asbestos. Cancerous tissue form in the mesothelium, which is a safety lining that covers almost all of the body’s body organs. These cells ordinarily form in the lining of the lungs, abdomen, or the sac that encircles one’s heart. Thanks for expressing your ideas.
I like your site! I can tell you do your homework.
